Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery to the United Kingdom, and 7-14 business days for international orders.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following standard shipping options:
- United Kingdom: Standard £4.99 (free on orders over £50), Express £6.99
- European Union: Standard £14.99
- International: Standard £23.99
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

MyFurryTail is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
